We ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected method. If your location is not listed, please contact us at iscutshn@gmail.com.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated or during busy periods. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International shipments may incur import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees levied by your local authority. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs (USA excluded, where duties are calculated and charged at checkout). We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid fees, we will refund your order minus the original and return shipping costs (if applicable). An additional restocking fee of £15 will be deducted to cover our costs, including our time. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of recieving and processing the returned shipment.
Items lost in transit during return shipment are your responsibility.
Liability
We use reliable couriers and provide shipment tracking so you can make arrangements to accept your package when it is due for delivery. Risk and responsibility for the goods pass to you upon delivery.
If the parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately—we'll work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
